Alterations & additions to existing residence

This project proposes a modest extension to an existing home of four. The scheme will help to link the family rooms better to the north facing backyard and laneway to the rear of the property. A new kitchen and dining space sits below a new roof, providing a generous ceiling  height whilst also referencing the low eaves of the existing house and neighbourhood.

A new artist studio sits within an extension to the existing shed, while new gardens help to provide a series of more comfortable and productive spaces in the yard.
