Alterations & additions to existing residence

The proposed scheme aims to create a more meaningful connection between the internal and external spaces of the house through the replanning of key areas.
The kitchen and living spaces have been relocated to the ground level, linking them to the yard, pool and new outdoor room.
The external living spaces are framed by a series of new brick walls, matched closely with the terracotta brick of the existing house.
